Dear Arch-Angel Michael,
Please guide me
in treating myself with gentle,
nurturing love
in everything I think, speak, and do.
Help me to know
that I deserve this compassion.
I reverse,
with your help and support,
all feelings of guilt and shame
that have remained within me,
and release them now to you,
so that I may experience
